goodbye to york

Past highlights of my final days in York brought me to all the places and engaging in all the activities i might of ignored in the last 5 years. Some of which were probably not to be repeated!!! (and yes if you are looking to go out on a sunday, toffs IS a gay venue……….nice one kim….) Asides from juvenile water balloon launching around the ouse and red boating, bowling, vudu and chav watching were in order.

Many thanks to mark for the chilli…and keeping me in line with the limit yeah. Anyhows, i’ve reached stage 1 after a long drive to Brighton where i shall bid farewall to family before heading out to brussels where the fun really begins… I’ll keep you posted and pictured up.

My final week!!!….

5 working days left, my attention span has been depleated completely…hard to do anything but look forward to things to come…aaahhh the Empire State isn’t it beautiful. I’m being haunted by images of New York everywhere i turn which i think is more of a reflection on how little i pay attention to things in passing rather than some form of hint from the divine…

Anyways, I’ve just updated my Flickr with pics from Mr Hudson Hornet’s brithday which i managed to take my camera too. Leaving parties left 4, 3, 2. And i’ll be Going Places too….hint hint Mr hudson

Its OFFICIAL! I’m moving to the bright lights of New York City…..

The time has come to flex that beautiful US passport of mine (thanks to mum and dad!)

Born in Yankee country, I’m adding a notch to my city living collection: Brussels, London, York and now New York City. Frankly its going to be tough to surpass this one.

Watch this blog and my interlinked flickr album to keep abreast of all happenings and share this remarkable experience with me! Feel free to leave a message at anytime, with so many loved ones left behind I would be overjoyed to hear from you.
